M.O.E. MANUAL BREACH – LEVEL 1

Prerequisite: M.O.E. MANUAL BREACH – LEVEL 1
This course is designed for tactical team/gang/drug/specialty units. Includes breaching methodology, tactics, tools, techniques, planning considerations and safety concerns regarding safe handling of heavy equipment. In addition, course includes ballistic breaching methodology, understanding frangible projectile performance and capabilities as it applies to special operations. Live fire practical training exercise.
M.O.E. MANUAL / BALLISTIC BREACH – LEVEL 2 (2 days)
Prerequisite: M.O.E. MANUAL / BALLISTIC BREACH – LEVEL 2
This course is designed for tactical team/gang/drug/specialty units. Includes breaching methodology, tactics, tools, techniques, planning considerations and safety concerns regarding safe handling of heavy equipment, ballistic breaching methodology, understanding frangible projectile performance and capabilities as it applies to special operations. Live fire practical training exercise. Also includes use of thermal lance and high temperature cutting tools, fire hazard risks, other risk and planning considerations. Demonstration and opportunity to use thermal breaching during practical training exercise.
M.O.E. MANUAL / BALLISTIC / THERMAL BREACH – LEVEL 3

MASTER BREACHER Prerequisite: M.O.E. MANUAL / BALLISTIC / THERMAL BREACH – LEVEL 3 course within two years For tactical team/special operations.
This course Includes breaching methodology, tactics, tools, techniques, planning considerations and safety concerns regarding safe handling of heavy equipment, ballistic breaching methodology, understanding frangible projectile performance and capabilities as it applies to special operations, live fire practical training exercise, use of thermal lance and high temperature cutting tools, fire hazard risks, other risk and planning considerations, demonstration and opportunity to use thermal breaching during practical training exercise, hostage rescue training including critical safety issues – calculating net explosive weight, safe stacking distance, and internal overpressure, breaching report documentation, breaching wood/metal doors – both internal and external, defeating barricaded doors, charge placement drills, action on misfire, multiple breach point entries, developing standard operating procedures, stronghold analysis, breacher’s aide memoir.
